This location was modeled after the very successful
flagship operation that the owner had established, in a neighboring county. The
company offers the freshest meats from their custom butcher shop, including a
magnificent selection of steaks, as well as other quality meats, poultry and
various sausages - a specialty item prepared in house. They are one of the few
local stores to still offer freezer plans, and have several meat plans to
provide customers with the finest products, while staying within a family food
budget. Their delicatessen offers overstuffed subs, sandwiches and an assortment
of salads, made fresh daily. They offer a full selection of premium deli meats
and cheeses including a full line of Boar's Head products. Their sub rolls are
proofed and baked on premises, and each week one sub is chosen to promote at a
special price. The company is currently a purveyor to a few of the many
restaurants in the area and this could easily be expanded by a more aggressive
owner. There had always been plans to wholesale some of the store's meat
products, but the lack of family support makes it difficult for the current
