When a potential buyer sits down with a Country Business Services associate to discuss a specific business, it is with the assurance that the information and data have been analyzed and are credible.  As a matter of policy, we will not accept a listing from any business unless we carry out an evaluation that include tax returns and other relevant documents substantiating sales and income from which we can determine a fair market value view.

Country Business Service employs two methods in working with buyers.  The first - Buyer Broker Program - is a focused, committed and exclusive dedicated targeted acquisition plan that is customized for the particular buyer's goals and objectives.  This is a consulting arrangement that provides the buyer the full service and time of Country Business Services principals.  We agree on a minimum retainer fee and a commission upon the successful completion of a transaction.  The second - Active Buyer Program - method is a screening and matching method which includes working with the buyer from the seller's interest.  There is no charge for this approach.  In both methods a minimum requirement is the completion by the buyer of a "Buyer Inquiry Form", "Buyer Matrix" and "Interview" which results in an appropriate analyses and conclusion.  The analyses confirms critical competencies such as skills and experience, financial capability and motivation to make an acquisition.
